The Company:
Focus IT have the pleasure of working with this WELL established IT Solutions Company. Due to demand they are seeking a Technical Specialist to compliment their existing support division.

The Role:
As the Field Service Engineer you will be involved in providing onsite client support/customer service. This will involve managing existing clients, attending site visits to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

This opportunity consists of client site visits around the UK and requires a high level of customer service. You will be technically capable to a minimum of 1st level support and you must possess a full driving license along with your own vehicle and preferably technical skill sets with Microsoft products.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service skills at a client facing level. You will be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Technologies however not at an expert level.

Key Skills:

• You will ideally have 2 years experience in a Customer Service
• Knowledge of 1st level Support and MS Operating Systems
• client facing/Onsite Support exposure is a must
