Helpdesk Support/ Technical Support

Due to industry growth and winning new business my client now requires Helpdesk support Analyst to compliment their dynamic team to provide 1st and 2nd line support via the phone and dial in support. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that will invest in you and develop you in a long and rewarding career. The role will require you to provide 1st line and 2nd Line level support remotely for all hardware/software support issues raised by telephone and email by my client’s worldwide customers and 2nd Line telephone answering support. You will provide assistance to the R&D team on company software releases.
You will be an enthusiastic team player willing to learn and develop a rewarding career. You will have or show an interest in electronics or software applications and be very confident with computers. We are looking for someone with customer facing or technical support experience with excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner. You will have 1st and 2nd support experience, working knowledge of IT networking, Access and SQL databases. Full product training will be provided. You must be an excellent communicator.
