Focus IT have the pleasure of working with this WELL established IT Solutions Company.
Due to continued planned growth we are now seeking to employer a Service Desk Manager to manage and deliver a customer focused Technical Support team inclusive of all levels from 1st to 3rd line engineers. The team is to be managed in line with business objectives and SLA’s, working towards ITIL standards and methodologies.
The role requires you to manage the companies and client’s LAN’s and WAN’s to ensure resilience, security, availability and performance. Alongside this manage an effective and SLA driven Support Desk facility supplying outstanding customer service to our clients at all times.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Team Leader to utilise your abilities and skill sets within this rewarding and dynamic organisation.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Desk Manager and come from a technical background in 2nd / 3rd Line Support.
The role is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and is commutable from Northampton, Bedfordshire, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Luton and North London.
Please note this role will involve client interaction so therefore good spoken English is required and my client do not do sponsorship therefore you must be in the UK.
