2nd Line Technical Support Engineer (Desktop/Server) – Surrey
Focus IT is pleased to be assisting this IT Technical Solutions specialist. My client has been in business for over 20 years and is growing from strength to strength. The offer services such as Virtualisation, Unified Communications and Network Infrastructure.
Due to planned expansion my client is looking for two 2nd Line level Support Engineers to compliment the existing team. The role will require you to provide both remote and onsite 2nd Line support with both desktop and Server side issues. You will resolve incidents and service requests effectively and efficiently within the guidelines of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be providing IT infrastructure support to various level businesses and be able to problem solving under pressure.
MS office applications, and support software
VM Ware / Hyper V
Either – 5 x MCP certifications / CCNA / MCITP /VCP
The Ideal candidate will have around 1-2 years commercial experience in 2nd Line Support and be very familiar with MS operating systems, server & desktop support and exposure to virtualisation.
Ideally you will be qualified to either – 5 x MCP certifications / CCNA / MCITP /VCP
