Corporate IT Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager – Milton Keynes – £25k – £30k + COMMS
Focus IT have the pleasure of working with this WELL established IT Reseller. The client is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our new Corp Sales Division. You will be required to create a portfolio of long term business buyers, through the prospecting and developing of new opportunities, via outbound telesales activity. This position will work on developing strong customer relationships with corporate organizations of 250 to 5000 PCs in size. The ideal candidate would be results orientated sales professionals seeking a role in which they can learn and earn in a dynamic, challenging and supportive environment, which rewards personal and team contribution and commitment while enjoying a creative and fun environment.
The role will involve making on average 50 outbound calls per day to ultimately reach decision maker contacts. You will manage and deliver by close of business each Friday an accurate, realistic and up to date forecast/progress report on week’s activity, build opportunity pipeline to achieve personal financial monthly targets and maintain co-operative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures to deliver world class customer service at all times. Other duties will be to Identify and close opportunities for value added services; software licensing, professional services and hardware solutions. Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in New Business IT Sales and clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales environment. As well as a proven record of account development, in particular with a complex portfolio of products and services. Any experience from a Reseller background would be highly desirable however not essential.
The client offer an attractive salary with uncapped commission. 10% on target and 25% above target.
This is a Corporate Sales Executive role and can also be known as an IT New Business Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, IT Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive and Sales Manager.
This role is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and is also commutable from Buckingham, Leighton buzzard, Dunstable, Bedford, Bedfordshire, Northampton, London, Luton, Oxford, Aylesbury and Hertfordshire.
