Telesales Executive (IT Sector) – Bedfordshire – NEW
Focus IT have the pleasure of working with this well established solutions company that provide specialist IT managed services to SME/ Medium sector right up to blue chip clients.
Due to pure company expansion and new business growth my client are now looking expand the already established sales force. Your primary duties will include provide a telesales resource within the Marketing department for lead generation. My client does NOT work in a call centre environment and the role is not about constantly picking up the phone its more about market research and quality. You are required to assist with new business development but it is not a harsh hard sales role. You will gain exposure to my clients CRM database and gain knowledge of the technology sector.
A confident PC user with strong Microsoft Office skills
The ideal candidate will be a strong and confident Telesales professional. You will have around 1-2 years commercial experience in cold calling and confident over the phone.
Please note we are not looking for someone who is technical as we ideally need a telesales person with excellent customer service skills and can communicate well at all levels.
