They have recently won some high profile contracts taking their business from national to international and therefore growing immensely.
The Role:
My client is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to compliment the small but established development team. The role will require you to be responsible for writing and coding individual applications, producing specifications and interpreting customer needs. The position is 80% pure coding with about 20% client interaction so therefore excellent communication skills will be required.
Design, build and maintain company websites and internal applications as assigned by the IT Developer Manager. Projects vary depending on company requirements, for example:
o Development/update of the company websites, intranets and extranets
o Creation of web portals
o Development of CRM tools
o Reports
The Candidate:
You will have 2 -3 years commercial development experience in ASP.NET and either VB.NET or C#, along with working knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL.
Required skills:
o ASP.NET4, VB.NET, C# using MS Visual Studio 2010 or later
o SQL (preferably using mySQL and SQLServer databases)
o HTML5, CSS3
o JavaScript
o Ajax
o XML
o Excellent interpersonal skills

The normal working week will consist of 37.5 hours, 9.00-17:30 Monday to Friday. Some evening and/or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.
