INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER
Didcot (oxford) – £25,000-£35,000 + OTE

Focus IT have a number of roles with a network security solutions client of ours offering talented and motivated Account Executives a platform to succeed. With a dynamic and fast paced sales environment people love coming to work for our client. Our client is looking for 3+ Candidates due to huge expansion.

This office based sales position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in sales – Joining a busy and vibrant sales floor you will discover new business opportunities through a mixture of cold and warm lead follow ups – Develop and grow existing accounts by introducing new products and services – Discuss, advise and provide quotations to your clients for project requirements – Maintain working relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as required – Responsible for maintenance of margins to hit GP targets – Candidates will be expected to attend face to face client meetings when appropriate

Role can be known as Inside Sales Representative (ISR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Executive , software sales , IT Sales ,
As an Inside Sales Executive you must have exceptional people and telephone skills and a strong drive to succeed.
A proven track record for meeting KPI’s and sales targets
Energetic and high-quality team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Proficiency with desktop computers; MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
Beneficial but not essential
Experience in IT Sales / technology sales or equivalent experience.
The Location: DIDCOT (Oxford)
The salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE + uncapped Commission + healthcare, Holidays are 20 days per year in addition to Christmas (usually 10 days, depending on calendar)+ bank holidays. Technical training and career progression and Company incentives including laptops, TVs, vouchers, weekends away & luxury holidays.
We are also recruiting for Trainee business development/telemarketing position for our client paying from £18,000 to £25,000!
