Business Development Manager – Cabling Solutions – Milton Keynes

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager that can build their own team and become a Sales Director of the business.

The Role:

Carry a quota of 1M£
Passionate Sales Manager that can build their own team and become a Sales Director of the business.
Win and close business, expand existing customer base utilising the portfolio of products and services.
Arrange and attend visits.
Attend training and develop knowledge on new technologies/services.
Desire to build a high achieving team.
Work closely with company partners and distributors.

The ideal candidate:

Proven sales record.
Ability to build and inspire a sales team.
Desire to become a Sales Director.
Strong knowledge of the cabling solutions industry so you can hit the ground running.
Knowledge of Data cabling solutions, structured Cabling, Fibre Optic cabling, Power products. Data centre, telecommunications.

The salary:

£30K – £40K+ OTE + Benefits including Car/allowance
