The Role:
Due to industry growth, we now have a requirement for a self-driven 1st Line Network Engineer to come in and build on their expertise in the Industry and complement the existing team
You will work alongside the highly skilled Network Engineers and grow your skills on a day to day basis!
Key responsibilities:
- Installing, Supporting and Maintaining End-User Hardware and Software.
- User and Computer account management.
- Provide support to the existing user base
- Split time on and off-site support
- Managing Communication platforms
- Resolving faults from system errors and crashes to forgotten passwords.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 yr.+ experience in a 1st line Network Engineer.
