Due to company growth and winning new business my client now requires another 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to compliment their dynamic existing team. The role will require you to maintain their client base and handle all levels of Server installs, upgrades and all new customer sites installs.
You will be an experienced Support Engineer with 3 or more years’ commercial experience with excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2003/ 2008, Small Business Server (SBS), Exchange 2003/ 2007, Active Directory, Networking Protocols and Microsoft Operating Systems. You are required to have strong commercial knowledge of Windows and SBS Server Maintenance, upgrades and Installations. The ideal candidate MUST have Microsoft Certification such as MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, MCITP or MCDST.
The role will require will be based at their London office and you will be required to travel to clients sites when needed throughout London area.

This is a 2nd/ 3rd Line Engineer role and can also be known as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Senior Helpdesk Analyst, Field Engineer, Server Support and 3rd Line Support.
The role is based in London and is also commutable from Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire and Essex.
