Focus IT is very pleased to be working alongside this very diverse Law Firm. My client covers sectors such as Energy, Transport, Financial Institutions, Technology and many more.
Due to planned business growth we are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to compliment the existing Support department. The role will require you to provide the local office users with technical assistance, advice and where necessary training regarding the LAN/WAN, hardware & software environments including but not limited to desktop/laptops, IP Telephony system & AV Video Conference systems.
The role is predominately a mixture between 1st line and 2nd line support. You will be working with the latest Microsoft technologies (MS Office 2000 – 2010) and windows servers. The role requires you to provide User Administration via Active directory along with experience with call logging systems.
We are looking for an experienced 1st /2nd Line support Engineer who has around 2-3 years commercial experience in a helpdesk environment. You must have excellent knowledge of MS Operating Systems and knowledge of Windows Server at a support level.
