Focus IT are pleased to be working alongside this Managed IT Service Provider. My client provide IT solutions to the SME sector and involved in the latest technology including Virtualisation and Cloud Computing.
Due to industry growth my client is now seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer to compliment the busy and dynamic Support Division. Working for a IT solutions provider you will work under pressure and will be dealing with various level tickets from proving full infrastructure support to general PC Break/Fix. You will deliver remote support services to our SMB and enterprise clients.
Key Skills Required
2nd / 3rd Line
Desktop & Server Support
Windows SBS, 2003, 2008
Backup software such as Backup Exec or Veeam
Either VMware/Hyper-V environments
Ideally the candidate would come from a Managed IT Service Provider / IT Solutions Company with strong Desktop and Server experience. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a helpdesk/ Service Desk environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level helpdesk Engineer seeking to utilise your skill sets and build upon them within this rewarding and dynamic organisation.
