Due to industry Growth my client is now seeking two Technical Support Specialist to compliment the existing team. You will be required to have experience in supporting web application written in ASP.NET and C# with SQL Server as the database. 2nd/3rd level of support experience is preferred. In short, we are looking for someone who is doing 90% support and 10% development..
ASP.NET (From a supporting perspective)
C# (From a supporting perspective)
SQL database concepts
2nd / 3rd Line Support
Supporting client systems and will be analysed using debugging skills and fixing issues where possible. Alternatively looking at the code base, and identifying where the error occurs and point out to a member of the development team.
Technical Support Specialists will be involved in analysing and implementing bug fixes as well as providing assistance to helpdesk in analysing and resolving customer queries.
We are seeking strong hands on Technical Support Specialists with around 2 years commercial experience utilising and Supporting Web Services. Good knowledge of ASP.NET and C# from a supporting perspective is required for this role.
