My client are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join one of our talented client services teams providing the opportunity to work on one of their flagship B2B technology clients.
They work with some of the world’s leading technology brands including Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Logica and Canon. Customer centricity therefore is fundamental to everything they do. We are looking for a like-minded individual who understands the value of strong service ethics.
The role, reporting to an Account Director will involve a combination of the following:
Understanding the parameters of the client’s budget in order to deliver in line with their expectations as well as maintaining the profitability of each project.
End-to-end project implementation from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring that client briefs are interpreted well, work prioritised, internal processes followed and deadlines met. The Senior Account Manager must have an ability to lead a strategic response to brief.
Strong client relationships are critical – you will be the main point of contact to your client for all day-to-day matters. To negotiate and gain approval from your client on all projects and creative work to ensure it is carried out in line with agreed parameters.
To develop an understanding of your client’s business, their competitors, their market, their objectives. You will need to evaluate copy and creative work to assess its suitability for client presentation.
Articulate briefing of internal creative departments, participation in brainstorms and evaluation of creative work prior to client presentation are key skills.
To both orally and in writing present the Agency’s recommendations effectively, logically and concisely.
Thinking proactively on behalf of your client and the agency. Considering new marketing initiatives and forthcoming projects.
You will be an experienced Marketing Agency Senior Account Manager or higher looking to progress with agency side experience ideally with a Technology background. You have experience managing integrated marketing campaigns – Above the Line, below the line and through the line for B2B clients. As Senior Account Manager you will be a creative and enthusiastic personable person that has ideally worked in technology marketing environments. As senior Account Manager you will have expert knowledge of marketing communications and understand processes with design, digital and print. Main emphasis will be on digital projects.
This role is based in Middlesex and commutable from London, High Wycombe, Marlow, Harrow, Slough, Reading, Uxbridge, Staines, Watford, West London and Greater London.
