The Role:

My client is currently recruiting to expand their growing team of installation electricians to install domestic Electric Vehicle charging points at customers’ homes and businesses!

They are approved charge point supplier/partner for most of the EV and Plug-in OEM’s and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fully qualified electrician to fulfill this role. Applicants must be hard-working and prepared to travel to customer premises. They must be of personable nature, good with customers and ambassadors of the company.

My client is the UK’s most popular home charge installer and is looking for a friendly, reliable and efficient electrician to add to the team.

Key Skills:

• 2 years commercial electrician background
• NVQ level 3 qualified or Equivalent.
• 2391 Inspect test and certification Qualification or equivalent.
• 17th edition qualified with 3rd amendment or already updated to the 18th Edition regulations

The candidate:

You must be a fully qualified electrician to 17th Edition Inspection & Testing (Level 3), with a clean driving license, with excellent customer service and able to work under your own initiative. This is a field role, based on where you live.  There will be a 1 week induction process which will provide you with a guide on how to install electric vehicle charging points.  You will also shadow a senior electrician and be fully trained prior to going out on the road by yourself.

The successful applicant will be working at clients’ homes. We have several requirements and are looking for Electricians in the following areas:

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
