IT Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager – Watford – NEW
Focus IT has the great pleasure with working alongside this industry’s leading solutions and service provider that offer Practice Management and Legal Software. Established in the early 2000’s they have gone from strength to strength and have expanded via organic growth.
Due to industry growth my client is now seeking a Sales Account Manager to compliment the existing sales force. The role requires you to ensure the retention of my clients existing customers by acting as Account Manager facilitating their upgrade to the new .Net version of the application and maximizing their spend. In addition where applicable identify and create new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for assisting existing clientele who use there Practice Management Software (Majority Accounting firms and a variety of other professional services organisations of all size) which uses SQL Server and .NET Technology.
You will be required develop and maintain on-going positive relationship with existing clientele base ensuring that software maintenance and support terminations are kept below a predetermined quarterly percentage
The successful candidate for this role will have a proven IT sales track record and excellent exposure to the IT Solutions Sales market (.NET). Experience with .NET technology and SQL Server would be beneficial for this role along with any exposure to Practice Management or legal software.
