Support Team Manager
As a Technical Support Manager / Support Lead, you will join a leading enterprise cloud software client. You will provide outstanding customer support, lead, coach and be responsible for getting the best out of your team to meet SLA’s.
As a Support Team Lead you will be responsible for providing technical support for the applications, systems, and platforms for EMEA customers.
This role with be 50% team management and remain 50% hands-on. Manage the day to day running of support staff in office and off-site across EMEA. You will focus on offering excellent customer service, satisfaction and promote teamwork.

? Excellent hands-on experience
? Understanding of ITIL processes
? Experience leading a group of technical engineers
? Team lead and coaching experience
? Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Active, Directory and Knowledge of SQL environments
? Working for a software vendor would be advantageous
? Customer facing experience and excellent personal attitude
? Excellent problem-solving skills
This role could be suitable for someone from various backgrounds such as Service Support Team Lead, Customer Support Manager, Software Support Team Lead, Service Desk Team Leader, IT Support Team Lead, IT operations manager or technical team lead.

Salary:£37000 – £45000 + Bonus and company benefits
